Living Ocean Productions is a Hawaii based, underwater video production and still photography business - created in April, 2004 by Bryce and Jen Groark. We are experienced in producing, directing, writing and editing natural history documentaries as well as various television content. We also specialize in still photography and maintain an extensive library of proprietary photos and stock footage for sale.
Our primary goal is to work within ecosystems all over the tropical world capturing and documenting marine life and its ecology - with a strong emphasis on spreading education, awareness and conservation. We love to motivate others through inspirational images and believe these images can encourage people to help protect marine life as well as the habitats in which they live.
Living Ocean started off with Bryce and Jen shooting underwater videos daily and using their images to teach Coral Reef Ecology classes to tourists and locals in Hawaii. While these classes still carry on today, our focus has expanded to television and documentary work as well as several international conservation projects.
